Hey guys,
We have done a lot of research and worked with a lot of members and we will be implementing a new structure for the teams shortly. Please be aware of this:
Team
There are 4 roles in the team:
Leader, Co-leader, Dealer, and Member.
1. The team creator will automatically be the Leader/Owner (merging the old leader and owner to one role).
2. The leader can assign unlimited co-leaders whom will have the same power as a leader except for assign/unassigning co-leaders and changing the team details such as: leader comment, team color, team remarks, etc.
3. The leader and co-leaders can:
- assign/unassign unlimited dealers
- change dealer's maximum authorized bet amount
- accept/decline/kick members
- disburse team money
- send/respond a team challenge (future feature)
- bet all of the team money in team racing (future feature)
4. The dealers have a maximum bet amount (in percent) in a team race set by the leader / co-leader. (future feature).
5. Everyone in the team can only withdraw his/her share.
6. Percentage of ownership doesn't affect the owner of the team. The owner is always the leader (the user who creates the team), unless if he steps down.
7. When a leader quits the team or steps down, the leader will be automatically picked in this order:
- Highest ranked (co-leader, dealer, member)
- Highest ownership percentage
- Seniority
Transition:
Leader - no change (will still have 0% ownership, but can increase that number after the change)
Owner -> Co-leader
Dealer - no change
Member - no change
We will keep you guys updated as to when these changes will be put into place, but please be aware of them if there is anything you need to do with your existing teams.
