The month long Import vs. Domestic Battle has finally come to an end and we would like to thank all of our participants for making Import vs. Domestic such a fun and exciting event!
There have been many lead changes between the two sides, but in the end the Domestics have taken the gold. We would like to send our congratulations to all of the winners of this special event and a special congratulation goes to alejitoo for taking home the Import vs. Domestic Battle grand prize.
One of our friendly members by the name L I Z Z I E was able to get a hold of the champ for an interview. Since the champ is from Venezuela, we made some adjustments on the interview.
And now, without further ado, here is alejitoo...
L I Z Z I E: How do you feel about winning a month long Import vs. Domestic event?
alejitoo: It is amazing! I feel like I'm on the top of the world. It was hard since the event ran for a whole month and I had to work, but I couldn't stop.
L I Z Z I E: When and how were you first introduced to Nitto 1320 Legends?
alejitoo: I found Nitto 1320 Legends while I was searching the internet for a set of drags and from the commencement of Nitto 2 years ago I have not stopped playing. My goal was to get to win a world tournament one day and thank God my dream was fulfilled today.
L I Z Z I E: Nice job at taking first in the Import vs. Domestic Battle. How do you like your prize car for coming in first?
alejitoo: It's amazing! My dream has finally come true. I don't speak much English, but I feel really excited and yes I love my grand prize. Thanks a lot! After two years of playing [Nitto 1320 Legends] my dream finally came true today!
L I Z Z I E: Are you more comfortable racing Head to Head (H2H) or Bracket?
alejitoo: I feel more comfortable racing bracket since it is my favorite type, but I can also race H2H. Anyone who wants to can do it as well. They just need to keep fighting for what they want and never give up. I'm sorry to interrupt you but I would like to give a shout out to my family from T13D, my friends from Venezuela, TCHUTCHUCA and Luis GST and thanks to all of those who participated with me.
