Personally, I love the flat and matte colors on a car. So this would be awesome to have. Definitely wouldn't mind havin' it.

A AAR Cuda with plum crazy purple is just right. Bc back in those days there wasnt a big color selection, were as today we have millions of color combinations. A Honda civic with " neon " green or blue paint swatches would look ricey bc they arent sumthing u see on a day to day basis. As for neon light like under the BEAST and FRS RE compliment the cars already BOSS looks with a little extra flare, putting neons on a srt4 or si hatch will look riced out. Some things just dnt flow correctly, u can still pull off a neon look-a-like graphics set, ive done it. I drive a 240sx and neons will Never exist on my car. The same color choices is getting boring, add matte colors will probably bring more ppl into the game bc they can make their cars look however they want. |

the only issue with running matte painted cars is it would require a full update of every car in the game due to how they do the painting
its just an overlay color for the paint |
