Members List

So im getting used to how the forum works but i still have a few questions the do's and dont's... I have read alot of people getting mad for bringing up old posts is that something we shouldnt be doing? Also i clicked on Members List and it said it was disabled by administrator why is that? And i was also exploring the User CP next to FAQ on the left side how does that work with the private messaging and such?
