Lost accounts

i have lost two of my accounts and i wanted to no if i could get em back
one got hack and other got ban for a month and for got the password and the emails that were on the accounts dont work anymore the accounts are

If you have ever purchased and activated memberships on either account, you can recover them by calling CIE during business hours. Your billing information will be reviewed so please have that ready when you call them.

You can reach CIE at 562 – 285 – 0298 or 888 – Nitto – 1320 (888 648 – 8613). Phone support for billing issues is available Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific time.
