Practice track has 0 lagg, unless your nimed in the middle of the track sometimes. There is a delay (lag) when online racing occurs because of traffic to an from the server's. You are fine seems like you may just need to slow down ur launch live or speed it up slightly depends on where you landing at. The rev/rims make a big difference in a car, from something that revs 5k with 20" rims that will leave on a hard launch to something with 18" an 5900rpm rev.
