I dunno if this is the right place to put this but I have an account that got banned for posting a scam website?? i dont know what this is about but i didn't do anything like that. can anyone help get me unbanned? i didnt do anything wrong!!

I'm receiving a message saying that my computer has been banned. Reason: Unauthorized credit card transaction. First of all, I've never used a credit card on my account and second I have two friends that are also playing the game and when we try login on their accounts we receive the same message.

What can it be? How can I fix this?

I just loged into my account on a different computer, so it has to be some kind of bug or something on that other computer that didn't let me log on. If anyone know what can it be, let me know please.

its not a bug, its just someone else used credit card on your computer and since there account is banned the computer it was used on is also banned which is yours.

Someone might have used a credit card on that laptop, but not on the game. That's the problem, the only person that use Nitto on that laptop is an 8 y.o boy, noone else use that game, noone will use a credit card. The only one that would use a credit card on the game in that laptop, would have been me and I didn't use one. The accounts are not banned because I can use them on my computer.
