Connection Errors Logging In : POST HERE, DON'T START NEW TOPICS

Everyone that is having connection problems logging in, please post the following:

1.) The type of your connection (Cable, DSL, etc.)
2.) Where in the world you are located
3.) Some computer specifications
4.) What error message you are receiving back (if any)
5.) How long before you receive the error message
6.) The username where this is occurring
7.) The version of the game you're running
8.) What screen of the game you're on
9.) Where you are (home, work, school, Starbucks, etc.)
10.) Your router make and model (if you know)
11.) Whether you're behind a firewall / proxy server (if you know)
12.) Your ISP (AOL, Road Runner, etc.)
13.) Is the error consistent?
