Loading errors (opening application) : POST HERE, DON'T START NEW TOPICS

This thread is for those that are having problems opening the application. It's going to be an ongoing thread, and I'll try diagnosing as time goes on with new situations:

SITUATION 1:
Opening application takes a long period of time, and I'm stuck at the timer just ticking away while loading.

FIX 1
If this happened right after downloading, please make sure to do the following:

1.) Double click the file downloaded
2.) Unzip ALL files to a folder on your machine. It doesn't matter where, just make sure it's the program's own folder.
3.) Do NOT drag out the executable. The executable needs to remain in the original extracted folder.

If you did drag the file out of the folder, please place it back into the appropriate folder, then try loading. This should fix most problems with long loading times.
