So i was bored earlier and i wanted to find an easy way for new players and noob accounts to get a quick start into the game. This is what i came up with. if you stick with it you can have creek side in under 2 hours easy and a fairly good bracket car for next to nothing
first off i started with an 07 ford mustang. im sure it would work pretty much the same with the other cars but i like the mustang for this because it has a bit of speed to it stock and doesnt spin too much off the line if you dont get the launch absolutely perfect before you have traction control... ok so lets see here. first thing id suggest is go to the practice track and look through the tutorials if you are a new player. it gives you a few hundred dollars to start with and you learn how to play the game and what your car should run. this is where you should start paying attention. set your clutch (the left pedal with the yellow bar) down, this means click on the yellow bar and drag the bar to the bottom of the pedal so virtually none of it is visible as shown in the image. pull up to the stage area which is the yellow and green section on the left side. you will want the arrow to be as far down as possible in the green section while having both sets of yellow lights lit and the green staged beside the arrow lit as shown in the image. put the car in neutral and click on the gas pedal (far right pedal) with the left mouse button and then the right mouse button at the same time. this will lock the mouse on the gas to where you can move up or down without holding any buttons and it will stay engaged. pull the mouse below the gas pedal so no throttle is given. wait for the second yellow light to turn on and shift into first gear by useing either the w button or the up arrow. as soon as the 3rd light comes on quickly move your mouse up to where you are giving it full throttle. with a few practice runs you should be hitting .550 reactions or better with ease. shift each gear at redline and you should run approximately 13.26 seconds. ![]() ![]() now go to the 24/7 tournament and select the amateur tournament which is the furthest left of the 3 tournaments... i suggest setting your dial in time as 13.24 seconds to account for any lag you may catch and running past redline a little. the amateur tournament racers usually wont run under a .600 rt and their et is usually 1 second of more off. they can run under these times but they usually wont. as long as you arent fouling or breaking out you should have no issues winning the tournament. once you have finished the first tournament you will have 750 dollars if you didnt do the tutorials. this is enough to move up to newburge. you can do that now or you can wait until after the next tournament, its your choice. i chose to move up after the first tournament. at this point you will need to race another tournament. once you have completed that you will have enough to purchase traction control. on the main screen you will want to click on the button labeled shop in the bottom right corner or click on any of the shop buttons and find the blue dot at the top. this is the newburge shop. once you are in the newburge shop click on electrical and ignition, at the bottom of that section you will see traction control. click on it and purchase the x motorsports traction control. once you have that go to intake further down the far left list. click on air filters and select the TRM RS High-Flow Filter which costs 48$. purchase that and then again click on intake then intake pipes. select the FastFlow Cold Air Intake 3" which costs 215$. now you are ready for some competitive bracket racing. id suggest going back to the practice track to atleast practice your launch a few times. again you will be placing the clutch down but this time you will have the throttle maxed out. your goal for this launch is to shift into first at the exact same time as your 3rd yellow light comes on. this should get you in the range of a .530-.500 reaction time. if you shift properly right at redline you should run approximately 12.96. note better computers will run much more consistently although with a dial in of 12.95 you should have no problems. ![]() ![]() once you are comfortable with the car and how it runs you can move up to the sport tournament which will net you over 1000$ each tournament. the racers run closer to their dial in each race but still should not be a problem for you. 15,000 dollars is required to move up to creekside but with each tournament taking less than 10 minutes you should be able to move up to creekside within 2 hours. this will give you access to better parts, a larger garage, and faster cars. i hope you all enjoyed, good luck and welcome to all new racers tutorial for the nissan sentra http://nittolegends.com/community/showpost.php?p=3119587&postcount=26

Will help many newbies. They just need to discover forum before, a good way is always post link for this thread in Newbie Rivals Strip rooms. I will do that always when someone need help with money or something like that.

This was how i started out, back when we just had the Teg. Good times lol. I saved up 30k in game, bought my first membership and points package, then realized you could sell back GTs to the system and I'm like "lol I'm gonna be rich.". Had like 250k in under 5 minutes, made some people wtf. Shouldn't have told them anything haha. Miss the days when the Nitto economy was young and everyone was around even.
