Duplicate Login Issue

I've had this issue rather often in the past three days that I've come back to this game and I'm having right now. I've done all the measures of nim myself wait it out ect. Ive waited for about half an hour nim myself and still nothing there must be a way for the servr to pick up the pace a little or something. At this time of day there are very little people online so I don't understand why this is happening
