You can use the supra set up I believe there are several set up that work well such as; the 1109.xx, 1111.xx and the 1116.xx I have hit 6.55x on all 3 set ups.

As for ratios not too sure but is a start, I highly recommend you start with C6 ratios as a base.

Running 1108hp and got some modified supra ratios but im only running 6.7xx-6.8xx
