The offers are there for those people who want to use them. To many people, signing up for something like Netflix or spending a few minutes doing an online survey is a better way to get points than the other options. Many other games provide these offers as well, and many users choose them. No one is forcing you to use them - but if you want to, they are there.

In no way are these offers any sort of scam. They clearly state what is required for you to do in exchange for the points. It is entirely up to you whether to complete the offer. It is not helpful, either to us or to other users, to spread misinformation and incorrect assumptions on these forums. I would also suggest that it is not a very good idea to promote or engage in fraud by providing someone else’s information – while you may still get your points, you may regret it under current identity theft laws.
