After 30 days, depending on transaction success rates, ClickandBuy may change the daily purchase limit for each ClickandBuy account. We understand that this may be an inconvenience for some; however these measures are in place to ensure a safe and secure purchase environment. How do I create a ClickandBuy account?
To create a ClickandBuy account, you can follow the link during our checkout process if you are an international customer, purchasing from a PO Box or an APO address.
Why did Nitto Legends start using ClickandBuy for international payments?
Nitto Legends is always looking for new and better ways to provide our customers with payment solutions that meet their needs. ClickandBuy allows us to be able to handle international transactions in a safe and manageable way.
Why do I have contact ClickandBuy for registration purposes?
If you have tried to make a Nitto Legends purchase recently, you may have noticed a new payment method we now offer through ClickandBuy. The process for creating an account with ClickandBuy involves a phone call to their service for verification of your identity. This phone call is only necessary during the initial account registration, and subsequent purchases can be processed through the website. We know that many of you are not happy with the "hassle" involved in this new process. The decision to increase the security of our transactions at the expense of ease of use was not one taken lightly, but ultimately was deemed necessary for us to ensure our players' safety. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and ask you to bear with us during this transition. We assure you that once your ClickandBuy account is established and verified, the process is quite simple.
Why is my ClickandBuy account not working?
The authentication procedure for ClickandBuy may require you to contact them to verify your identity. This requirement ensures that no one else is using your information or your credit cards to make unauthorized purchases. If this information is not verified, ClickandBuy may disable your account until it has been. Please check your e-mail to see if there are instructions for doing so. If you are still having problems with your ClickandBuy account, go to the ClickandBuy website and choose "Help for Customers" from the Help menu.
I'm trying to make a purchase but I am unable to.

What payment options does ClickandBuy offer?

ClickandBuy offers several payment options. Don’t take our word for it though; here is what they have to say:

"ClickandBuy deposits money collected when paid content is accessed on your ClickandBuy account. ClickandBuy normally debits the amount due once a month from the bank or credit card you have named. You currently have the option of paying by direct debit or by credit card. Other payment options, such as via your telephone bill, are being continuously integrated into our system and will be available to you soon. You indicate your preferred method of payment when you register. Of course, in your personal account management ”My account”, you can change your payment method and update your data - such as bank details - any time.

If you take advantage of a large number of expensive offers, we will debit an advance payment.

Be assured, though, that you will always be notified in advance via email by ClickandBuy.

Please note that customers outside of Germany may be offered alternative payment methods depending on their country of residence. If you are based outside Germany and would like more information, please send any questions to our Service Team."

My account is getting blocked when I am registering through ClickandBuy.
ClickandBuy is a new, more secure form of payment. During the ClickandBuy registration process, some customers will be asked to call or contact ClickandBuy. This is an added security measure to protect you as ClickandBuy needs additional verification when opening a new account with them. If you get this request, please contact ClickandBuy customer service to have your account approved and the account will no longer be blocked. Click on www.clickandbuy.com, and then select CONTACT.
What currency will I be charged in?
ClickandBuy purchases made through Nitto 1320 Legends are conducted only in US Dollars. If they are any errors or charges made in currencies other than US Dollars, please contact ClickandBuy customer service at www.clickandbuy.com, then select CONTACT.
I am not able to reach ClickandBuy customer service.

ClickandBuy will not work in my country.
Please ensure when registering with ClickandBuy that you select the right country for registration. Please double check the country of your residence. Your payment provider or bank account must match the country you select otherwise the registration process will not work
